“As always, Julie Bell manages to provide training in a difficult subject area with enthusiasm and knowledge, providing delegates with an interesting day and a kit bag of tools to take away and use in the workplace, and indeed in your home life too. By providing me with easy to remember tips and assertiveness methods I have been able to make positive changes to the way I approach people and my work. Thoroughly recommended for anyone, even those who do not feel like they have an issue with being assertive.”
