Target Audience

A stand alone qualification for practicing managers who work, or who aspire to work at middle management level. Typically such a work role would involve responsibility for a department or unit and the associated planning, decision making, controlling, monitoring and people management.

Learning Outcomes

At the end of the programme learners will:

  • Have understood the specific responsibilities of middle managers enabling the organisation to meet its goals
  • Have understood how interpersonal relationships, leadership styles and communications skills affect managerial performance
  • Have developed plans to improve their leadership skills, emotional intelligence and ability to influence, motivate, delegate & empower others
  • Have applied change theories in practice to lead an innovation in their own organisation
  • Know how to research and evaluate information and write a proposal for a business improvement
  • Know how to plan and deliver professional presentations
  • Plan an innovation opportunity within the workplace and manage the change transition

Full support provided throughout the programme by a business coach. Consistently high first time pass rate.

Fee

£1795 + VAT
Includes all refreshments, lunch, materials, registration, ongoing tutorial support, certification and free ILM studying membership for 6 months to gain access to information, support and resources.
