Target Audience

Managers who are appointed as investigating officers or are involved in discipline and grievance handling.

Learning Outcomes

At the end of the workshop learners will:

  • Refresh or learn skills to deal with issues informally to prevent formal action
  • Appreciate the need to consistently apply own discipline and grievance company policies and procedures
  • Learn how to prepare and conduct effective investigations and formal disciplinary hearings
