- Handling nervous starts
- Preparation – Why? What? Who?
- Using keyword notes
- Voice projection/body language
- Dealing with questions
- Structuring presentations
- Selecting visual aids for high impact
- Golden rules
- Tricks of the trade
Afternoon Session: 1.30pm - 4.00pm
- Preparation and delivery of short presentations
- Individual feedback and coaching
